Appearance-

There is a man seen standing in between wands as if he is waiting for something or someone, there are boats or ships that are seen sailing in the distance. This man is as if waiting for these boats to come ashore.
Also this man maybe a merchant who might be waiting for his goods after paying the money or waiting for the money after doing the work.

Meaning-

The card shows waiting period after you sow the seeds of your creativity. Any work done doesnt pay off immediately, here you need to wait for the results to appear. You might have to wait for the money that might come in as a result for the worl you put in. Or you might be waiting for the result of your work after putting in your creativity.

You will have to wait, wait for the results. The accompanying cards may show you whether you need to keep purely waiting or start doing some other work in order to kill anticipation.
The wands planted also look like saplings that are awaited to grow into trees, you have put in your effort and now have to wait for the project to grow.

Hold onto your ideas as you allow them to grow, progress will happen int the same direction you are planning to go, and already have started working upon.

If you have been thinking twice for the current work you are putting efforts into due to people questionsing you; then stand firm on your grounds. There is wait written here, but there is also sure success in your hands in future.

Till you dont receive proper successor growth, dont squander much on unproductive resources.

Reverse-
Restlessness or impatience is seen, due to prolonged waiting period. You might feel as if you are waiting forever and not going to get any results. You feel like giving up at mid-way.
Negative mind set not letting you to think good and persist on your plans. You keep quitting your plans as you are too impatient.

Reversed, this card also says you dont need to keep waiting for this thing to show results. Instead start working on some other creative project.

This card may also point out that you wont be getting any results from this work, so you need to stop waiting for the results and move on. You need to come up with something that would be needed at workplace or needed by people.

There maybe delay in getting results or the presents that you are expecting. They might also get lost in the way. The ship you are waiting for might not come to shore or might get delayed.
