Appearance-

The card appears with a figure standing with one foot immerse in water and other on ground. The person has wings, though he is balancing himself on his feet which is unevenly placed. The cloak is white which is the color of peace. There is a red triangle within a square, on the chest of the person that signifies balance even in chaos.
The person balances himself which is a very difficult task, and on top of it is pouring water from one container to another. The water in the container also shows careful handling of emotions. The figure is that of the angel he has a golden halo around his head which shows his ability of balance and harmony coming from his wisdom.
There is shown a crown in the background signifying the connection of his crown chakra with the divine world.
The Fool that had faced the tumulating scene of Death card which shakes the very being of a soul due to uncertanities of life has now to face Temperance immediately. Suggesting to bring balance to one's mind immediately after transformation has taken place, mourning or spending too much time to understand why the change happened isn't worth.

Meaning-

The Fool now has to learn to be peaceful from inside as well as the outside. He has to learn to do so though outer situations may not be favorable. He still can be in full control of himself and control his life and his belongings.
