Hi friends here is a basic meditation technique yet it is very powerful indeed and is used by experts worldwide to explore their Tarot journey's. Remember read and follow the instructions to utter perfection when the technique is mastered the results will be more then satisfactory.
** This is a very simple meditation method that will help you draw meanings out of your tarot deck. Never parrot meanings given in books or tarot sites, this is the main reason why Im giving this meditation technique before I share my own meanings for Tarot. Keep your Diary/Journal nearby....
Method-
1) Take a card in your hand, choose a favorite from the whole deck to begin with. You can then do the meditation with the other cards in descending order of your liking for them. Put rest of the cards aside.
2) Place in between your palms, or in fromt of you on a table that isn't too high or too low, and neither too far or too near.
3) Keep looking at the image with constant stare, you can blink your eyes but your glance should be 100% on the card. After about 5mins put the card away and close your eyes softly.
4) Now notice what you see in your mind's eye, take note of all the colors, feelings, images, poems, songs or music tunes ringing in your mind, they maybe just a few words but yet sound distinct or appear clear. You might also feel like you are watching a movie. Keep your eyes closed and observe for 10mins. Keep the limit for beginning you can give yourself more time after you get used to meditating. You have to compulsorily sit even when you don't get any signs; doing this programs your mind to give you signals the next time you sit for meditation.
5) Open your eyes and jot down all the observances in your journal before doing anything else. This will help you to write the maximum of your intuitional messages. Write about everything you saw, smelt, felt, tasted, during your meditation; not what happened on the world outside you but what happened on the inside.
