Appearance-
The Tower card shows a huge tower that's struck by a bolt from the skies. It seems that there were two people who were hiding in it for shelter who are falling down.
The tower is the Fool's journey where the fool has to learn lessons of separation, belief breaking, and learning to get out of the comfort zone. The Fool that was imprisoned in the previous card by somewhat known outer force (which he felt) is now attacked by some outer force. This place that he was living in was considered as it is safest but yet it as broken down by some bolt that came down from external force.
The Card also shows the breaking of the tower which shows the breaking of all that is old and is not needed. It can be physical resources or on a deeper level it may mean the beliefs that we hold that no longer serve us.
Also the figures are seen taking shelter, it might be a time for them not to rest and move on but they didn't do it; so nature fired them out of their shelter.
Meaning-
The tower when appears in a reading clearly means that you need to break something. Apearing immediately after the Devil it means that you have to free yourself from unwanted attachment. Here there are shown two figures falling apart, which might signify the breaking of a relationship. Of course this is the one that is no longer serving its purpose.

This may also suggets that any change that meeds to come into your life would come without destruction and devastation. Your change or transition will be carried out easily. Also nature will play its part in giving the least amount of bother to you.
