Keywords- Turn of time wheel, change in fortune, drastic changes
Appearance-
The Wheel of Fortune shows a wheel where there is a figure shown on top, the other is on the left which is falling down, and one on the right is rising. There are four figures in all four directions, there's an angel on the top-left, an eagle on top right, a bull on bottom left and a lion on bottom right; the bull is for Taurus sign, lion is for Leo, eagle is for Scorpio and angel is for Aquarius They have wings suggests that this card's prediction may vary each time due to constant movement of stars, and their shift would have different impact on all signs.
And also this card helps us believe in uncertainty of the planetary movements and its effect on us. As these can change its path at anytime. So too much dependence on it for one's fortune isn't correct practice.
The wheel in the center has the letters T, A, R, O, which when read in a full circle would make TAROT. Also when we read it anticlockwise it becomes the Tora the book/scroll that the High Priestess was holding which was to be kept secret.
Meaning-
The "Tora" seems to be revealed in here which was hidden during the childhood or the developing phase of the Fool, the Tora has secrets about the laws of life. The uncertainty of life is one of biggest secrets that is contained in that book that is revealed here. The Fool that was learning tough lessons of life now has bumped in one more tough lesson of life "Life is never constant".
This card shows great change, good as well as bad. Depends on the querent's current condition. If the querent is on too high skies then it may be time for a downfall, if this question is related to a particular "stuck" situation than this card brings a relief that there will be a change soon.
This card rather then being on the physical changes is a bringer of shifts in ego. When is flying too high skies then they have to fall down, also when one is emotionally low will quickly soar to great heights of happiness. The center to the wheel is always steady it never rises nor falls, but when we try to be on the wheel then the changes of moving of the wheel, are going to affect us. The idea of this card is also to give a message is that try to get out of the high-low cycle or good and bad part that life gives. If you wish for good you will surely have to face the bad too sooner or later. But when you stop falling into this race of negative and positive then you actually become centered and where the wheel starts moving according to your will.
The good and bad are the ones that make your life out of control, when you get out of the cycle of it you actually become the creator of your own future.
The turning of the Wheel of Fortune is also not unjust, the center has the wisdom from the Tora which says that the wheels have turned and brought bad fortune just because you are not on your track of life. You are not walking according to your heart's desire. Figure out what's that you are doing "out of will" and you'll soon recognize why the nature has tilted the wheel to put you down. While the wheel shows that there are times good and bad you can make the turning of the wheel quick by quickly adapting to your life's path and do what your heart says.
Reversed-
The reversed Wheel of Fortune shows that you are not bound to any external force in our life to being changes; you are completely under your control. Also this card turning up may say that you are not flexible to changes, you have formed too rigid patterns of living in all areas that it may be getting difficult to deal with you at times. Nature is changing and as you are a part of nature have to accept this quality. When you don't accept it Nature takes hold of you and makes the change by crook and then you would feel devastated.
This card may also signify that there is un-reasonable waiting period in your life. There is wait in bringing the change you are wanting to happen. Your results that you are waiting for may take time unknown. Or any work or task expected to complete and deliver result will seem to delay.
Also when this card comes up, there are four astrological signs in each corner which when reversed may mean that your astrological chart might be having more stars that are going through a transit and so you might feel a bit uncomfortable with your self. Or life may seem to take drastic changes in random manner raising stress.
