Appearance-

This card appears with a man working and two other people showing him or directing how to work or maybe showing him the design of the work being done. Its a pentacle card so obviously shows physical work, getting in your shoes and working. It also shows some creatice work done by hands as shown in this card the an is carving pentacles into a wall.

Meaning-

The card means getting into work where you might be taking directions from people and working according to their directions of choices of designs etc. This includes all kind of designing work, where people tell you what kind of work they want. This also includes engineers.
This card when seen in a different way, we also get a feel that people are ordering this man but he is completely focused on his work. This also can be case where people nag you or criticize you, yet you should stay focused on your work and continue working as you are doing it.
The man's focus completely on the work being done, also points out that if you are trying your hands on more then one thing, then this card says not to do so. Just work on one thing at a time. This way you'll be able to give justice to your work.
This card can be also pointing out towards careers where hands are used to work, like in civil engineering, boutique, fashion designing, salon, tattoing, etc.
This card also says that you should be in touch with the people who need your skills. When their work is done, yet keep asking for their feedback regarding past work and suggestions for other clients as well.
In a very literal way this card also points out to start serving at a cathedral. This might just not be church services but also other works involving the church.

This card when reversed shows weak focus and no attention on work at hand. You might be disillusioned and dont know what to do in life. And so your work isnt pleasing you.
This card also shows that the work you have taken isn't what you call your dream job. And so it isnt pleasing you.
