Appearance-

This card appears with a man leaning on his stick near his crops, it seems he has planted his crops and now is watching over them just to protect them and also in a way of expecting getting returns from the crops. There is one pentacle at his feet, all else are growing which shows he has limited money until his crop reaps off.

Meaning

You have worked hard, put your skills in some project and completed it. Now is the time to wait patiently for it to grow and produce results. You must keep watching over it so that you can fulfill anything if needed urgently for the project.
Your money is put into safe investment and will take time to grow, you need to be patient and assured about it.
You have long term plans that will help you reap abundant rewards in the future, you must work on them. When you are done with it, be patient as they will take time to fructify.
This card also shows that if you were working on some plans/project since last few months, then now is the time when you will reap rewards for it. This card shows that success is confirmed and you will surely achieve the money that you were expecting from this.
The six of pentacles was for donating and giving others, whereas this card is a step ahead of it. This card says that you must save some for yourself too. Life's problems get solved on their own when we start caring for ourselves. The six of pentacles showed free flow of money but this card says that you have to save money for yourself too.
There is nothing like selfless service, you can serve people better when you yourself are satisfied by resources you have at hand.

Reversed-

When reversed this card shows that this man is waiting ans watching endlessly over something, which is not guaranteed that it will reap results. You might be wasting your time and energy after this.
If you are planning of investing money to something, or partner up with some project that needs initial investment then you must not go for it, as this card reversed warns you that it would not come out as expected. You might loose your money or the project may prolong indefinitely.
Also this card shows that you are not doing any long term planning for yourself, neither investing for yourself that is going to be a problem. When this card appears in reversed then it shows vaguely deciding and working on short term plans without any distant or lengthy visions. Every one has to think and keep their future secure by some way of money investment or property investment. If you dont do it, you might be left with no sense of security in future.
This card also shows that you might be least worried about money and might be squandering it here and there. short thinking and no planning. This also might be hate or self-punishment towards oneself when a person doesnt want to see them happy in future. You need to work on the positive aspects of your life and think good about yourself in future and forgive yourself for the past.
