Appearance-

This card appears with a middle aged man sitting on a table. His clothes are simple and his back area has 9 cups arranged. This man shows satisfaction of having achieved something, he might have hard-worked for and now sits back and enjoys the fruit/rewards of it.

Meaning-

You have achieved something after putting lot of hard work and toil, which would now yield good results. You will be soon getting equally rewarding fruits of your labor.
This card also shows completion of a cycle as number nine suggests and getting the results of it. This is a cups card so this also might show the completion of a relationship based goal; you might have achieved love and affection from someone whom you liked and this card shows your feeling of satisfaction due to this.
This card also shows a bit of pride that this person might be having due to his achievements. Whenever pride takes over there is always a fall, you need to keep this in mind. And always keep trying to improve more and more on every level of your life rather then aiming to reach a perfection. As perfection is a dead point, nobody can move beyond it. But bettering yourself at every moment will help you to improve yourself by helping go beyond perfection.
This card also shows that by working hard daily you might have forgotten to sit back and rest; but when you achieve your results its time for you to sit and enjoy the fruits of your success.

Reversed-

Reverse of this card shows a restless time, you might need to need to rush at a time where you felt a sigh of relief. Situations arise suddenly that would make you run on your tips of toes. Restlessness might arise. This also shows the restlessness feeling within you that might be making you feel this way. There is no outer circumstance that would arise such feeling. It lies within you.
Your achievements or your progress might turn upside down, all your hard work and toil might appear to go in vain and plans would fail. Or your already achieved results of success might get washed out. Giving you sudden trauma and rage. Keep calm, you cannot move back after reaching so far.
This card when reversed shows that you might be having a discontentment feeling that prevails all the time. You might be doing everything to get success but still achieving that success might not give you that level of satisfaction, with the kind of hard work you put in.
