Appearance-

This card appears with a man sitting and carving out pentacles, he has already made a few and is in process of asking more of them. This card shows houses in distant, which might also point out to work far away from home. There seems to be no one around the man which shows he is working by his own self, no one to instruct him.

Meaning

This card shows that a man is sitting down and doing his work by himself, the work done is by art o his hands and so this card points out to 'self-employment', or working with the art of your hands far away from your home.
If you are planning to get a store or workshop for yourself to work then this suit shows that you might get a place distant to your home. This also might be a blessing to you as it might help you to concentrate fully on your work, though you might feel the initial pain of being away from your home.
Also literally seeing this card shows working or studying somewhere in a distant land away from your home.
If you are looking out for a job or are planning which direction your career must go then this card shows that you must use the art of your own hands to do it. It can be anything that is done with hands.
This card also shows that you have to put in hard work for the project that you are working on. The man is seen engrossed completely in his work, and so you too have to be fully dedicated to it.
Also this card shows learning new skills and getting trained for it.

Reversed

When reversed this card shows that the work you have taken at hand might not be the right kind of work. You may not be having any precise skills in designing or using your hands to creative something. Instead you may try your hands using creativity of your mind to become successful.
Also this card shows that there maybe a lot of work pertaining yet you may not be motivated to do all of it. You might have got the grain of laziness in you, and the work that interested you till now isn't doing anymore. And you are leaving it half done maybe at the stage when its almost done. You need to re-gain your interest in it and start working on it with the same passion you started with it.
This card also shows that the work you have taken at hand should be done one at a time. You might take 2-3 different workloads and try to do them with scattered effort. Whereas when you concentrate just on one thing at a time then you can put your wholesome effort in it.
