Ten of Wands

Appearance-

This card appears with a man trying to life 10 wands, his stature looks like lifting them is too much for him and he is bending due to weight. There are buildings appearing far away and this shows that this man would have to carry these logs too far away. The distance seems long, but the determination seems too strong. It feels its tough but he would carry it off till there.

Meaning-

This card shows lot of hard work and persistance. You need to dedicate lot of your energy and time to do this much work. This cards showing up says that you are on this track and have taken up a lot of work, you might be doubtful whether you would be able to complete or not; but this card signalls that though its tough you need to put your faith in yourself and you would be able to complete it.
This card also shows that you might be getting this much work in the future, ofcourse if this card falls in the future position; and also near future if this card falls elswhere in coming time or present position of the spread. If this card is in the present position then you need to take up work, perhaps you need to take your job or career seriously and start working for improving quality of your life in future.
This also might show a bit of laziness that you might be having, and not taking up work according to your capability. You might be seeing that work is to be done for quite a long time and its too much work indeed. But when this workload lies in front of you then obviously it is for you who will have to do it.
This also shows a potentially high levelled goal or ambition that would make others feel you might get stressed up doing it, but you think too far into the future and feel this is the right thing to do for you. You must go ahead and start doing this work!

This card also shows that you have taken up much work, but dont forget to keep looking forward and checking your priorities. This man in the card cannot see on the road as his vision is obstructed by the wooden logs, but he needs to see the way clearly or he would fall down. Same way you too need to see your way clearly or your near future. Or there are chances that your work would go in vain.

Reverse-

The reverse of this card shows that you have taken up too much work, which you ought not to do. You have just stressed up yourself with it. The work you are doing isn't required to be done with this much stress or priority.
You taking too much work is harming your health, you might be having back problems. Stop working, where you need to put stress on your back area.
This card reversed also shows that you are too obsessed to work hard. There may not be any need or current requirement at your workplace to do this; yet you indulge into this much extra work. Perhaps this might be showing your other lay backs. You might be wanting to shunning other important responsibilities or escape other meetings. This card might point out towards you or other people around you doing this.
This might show that you have a long way to go with this much burden of work, but you have already given up due to lack of will-power to carry out the work. Whether you agree or not but you will have to finish the work that's thrusted upon you.
