Appearance-

This card appears with eight cups standing erect on the banks of a river, river depicting the harmony of emotions; and there is a man seen walking away from the cups and going to the mountains. Mountains since ancient times were the place of retreats for the ones seeking spirituality. There is moon shown above which has dual faces.

Meaning-

This card directly shows that this person is not having any interests in materialistic life or attaching to people. They rather like being alone and aloof from the common crowd.
This card also shows a need for spiritual growth, you need to connect to your inner self now rather then being out with the others and partying. You dont feel connected to anyone even if you are in a group, you need to go in search of the inner truth and know your self better.
There maybe lots of good things in your life, this may be all materialistic things/people you love and who care about you. But none of them pleases you. You never find satisfaction with the love they are offering you, perhaps you dont feel you deserve that love and affection and move away from that situation as you feel too suffocating. All that glitters isn't gold, you need to find what gives you real happiness and satisfaction. And not just be happy with what others feel is good for everyone.
This card also shows that you need to give away some attachments in your life, there maybe some relations some things or objects that you like but you feel that they are of no need to you now. Should be given away or should be left. You need to move ahead in life, and holding to things people that are no longer serving their purpose is leading to a blockage in your life. You need to keep the 'water' flowing. You emotions feel blocked when you dont do this. You might be feeling like leaving but you dont find any sensible reason to give off. Sometimes you dont need reason for doing things that your heart feels right. When you do them only time tells what you have gained by doing that timely action.
This also shows that you might have to move out to a different place away from your loved ones.

Reversed-

Reversed this card shows that you need to fulfill your duties in this current situation and only then move away from it. You leaving your duties half done would lead to these people or situation turning back and knocking again and again at your doors.
This card reversed also shows that you are not comfortable with the people around you but still you are compelled to do it. Situations might be such that you wont have a different option to move on neither others might have an option to move away.
This card reversed also shows that after a period of staying away from your loved ones you might again get a chance to meet them, this might be a short visit of might be a permanent shift.
This card might show that you are getting too much into attachment to things and people such that you are devoid of self knowledge. You might be caring too much for others and you dont care for yourself at all.
