⏳ PRIVATE BOOKINGS & AVAILABILITY
My schedule for private engagements is intentionally limited.
Because these experiences require advance planning, dedicated time, travel arrangements, preparation, and scheduling, private appointments generally need to be reserved at least one month in advance.
For certain programs, an even longer lead time may be required.
Availability is subject to prior confirmation.

1. Advance Booking
Private in-person engagements should be requested at least 15 days in advance. For premium home visits, intensive programs, and highly customized engagements, one month or more of advance planning is recommended.
2. Full Payment
The applicable fee must be paid in full before the scheduled service or program begins.
Your appointment is confirmed only after payment and scheduling have been completed.
3. Professional & Confidential Environment
For private home and office engagements, I will be accompanied by my Business Manager.
Both of us maintain strict professional confidentiality regarding the information shared during your engagement.
Your personal circumstances, conversations, and private disclosures are treated as confidential and are not shared publicly.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
In the event that a confirmed engagement needs to be cancelled, applicable administrative and payment-processing charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Professional Boundaries & Physical Contact
All services and programs operate under a strict professional, no-physical-contact policy.
There is no physical contact between the practitioner, Business Manager, and participants as part of these services.
The same professional boundary is expected to be maintained by everyone participating in the engagement.

Private & Bespoke Services
These services are offered strictly as professional spiritual, educational, mentoring, coaching, Tarot, hypnotherapy, meditation, and related wellbeing services.
By requesting or booking a private engagement, you agree to the following terms.
1. Strictly Professional Services
All appointments are strictly professional in nature.
Private appointments, home visits, office visits, mentoring, readings, consultations, retreats, and bespoke programs do not include companionship, social companionship, dating, entertainment, personal attendance, or any form of intimate or personal service outside the agreed professional scope.
No service should be interpreted or presented as anything other than the specific professional service that has been booked.
2. Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Requests
I maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward sexually suggestive, inappropriate, intimate, or exploitative requests.
Any enquiry, message, booking request, conversation, or behaviour that attempts to introduce such services into a professional engagement will be immediately declined.
The booking may also be cancelled without further discussion.
No refund will be provided where a booking is cancelled because of inappropriate conduct or a breach of these terms.
3. No Physical Contact
All private services operate under a strict no-physical-contact professional policy.
There is no physical contact between the practitioner, Business Manager, and client as part of these services.
Clients are expected to respect the same professional boundary.
4. Professional Environment
Whether a session takes place at a private residence, office, hotel meeting space, studio, or another mutually agreed location, the environment must remain professional, safe, and appropriate to the service being provided.
The location of a session does not change the professional nature of the engagement.
5. Business Manager & Professional Protocol
For private home and office engagements, I may be accompanied by my Business Manager.
The Business Manager is present for professional reasons including coordination, scheduling, logistics, safety, and maintaining appropriate professional protocols.
Clients agree to respect the presence and role of the Business Manager.
6. No Assumption of Personal Access
Payment for a private or premium service provides access to the specific service and time period that has been booked.
It does not provide unlimited access to me personally, additional personal time, private companionship, personal communication, or services outside the agreed engagement.
Additional services must be separately discussed and formally booked.
7. Respectful Communication
All communication before, during, and after an engagement must remain courteous, respectful, and professional.
Disrespectful, sexually suggestive, threatening, insulting, coercive, or inappropriate communication may result in the enquiry or engagement being declined or terminated.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
I respect the privacy of my clients and maintain professional confidentiality regarding personal information and matters discussed during an engagement.
Clients are likewise expected to respect the privacy of the practitioner, Business Manager, and any other participants involved in the engagement.
9. Advance Booking & Payment
Private engagements require advance scheduling.
Depending on the nature of the service, bookings may need to be made 15–30 days or more in advance.
The applicable fee must be paid in full before the engagement begins.
A booking is considered confirmed only once payment and scheduling have been formally confirmed.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Where a refund is applicable, reasonable payment-processing and administrative charges may be deducted.
Bookings cancelled due to inappropriate behaviour or violation of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for a refund.
11. Right to Decline or Terminate
I reserve the right to decline any enquiry, refuse a booking, or terminate an engagement where I believe the request, behaviour, circumstances, or conduct is inconsistent with the professional nature of my services or these Terms & Conditions.
No explanation beyond the applicable terms is required.

Such enquiries are considered inappropriate and will not receive further engagement.
